Your Board of Directors is a volunteer board consisting of Thunderbuc property owners. We are responsible for overseeing the landscaping, maintenance and finances of the HOA. Budgeting
We always put our focus on our overall community first. Our current HOA fee is $175.00 per month. This includes exterior maintenance, landscaping, water, sewer, garbage, pest control and annual termite inspection.

Landscaping
Our landscaping team works diligently to keep our property looking it's best throughout each season. Four zones are serviced on a rotating basis ... one zone per week. Trees/shrubs are trimmed and rocks are blown.

Maintenance
We are responsible for maintaining the exterior of each property as well as common area driveways and courtyards. Paving, painting, lighting are among the areas covered. The roofs are the responsibility of owners.
